McDougall Insurance Brokers Inc. is o/a Rayburn Insurance Brokers. Definity Financial Corporation, the parent company of Definity Insurance Company o/a Economical Insurance, indirectly owns a majority interest in McDougall Insurance Company Inc., and from to time, provides loans and other financial assistance to McDougall Insurance Company in support of its business.
